Raised in the rural wine & dairy country of upstate New York, I grew up with competing passions for the arts and technology, which led to attending college first to pursue a degree in Physics and then returning to get a degree in Studio Art. My lifelong fascination with advertising eventually led to my career in Art Direction, allowing me to combine my love of visual arts and emerging technology into new forms of creative storytelling.
After helping win the Shorty Award’s Small Agency of the Year while at Narrative_, I’ve gone on to work as a Creative Director at both large and small agencies including Edelman, UEG, Publicis, and McCann.

What if we create a film to remind America that taking a knee on the field was always about respect?
Will Packer Productions wanted to counter Donald Trump’s narrative when he depicted athletes taking a knee in protest as being disrespectful and un-American act. The public needed to be reminded of the reason behind these protests.
So we recreated some of the most infamous and tragic police violence videos with an athlete kneeling in place of the victim while the audio from the original videos played over the image.
With no media support, the film garnered millions of views and was shared socially by celebrities like Jesse Williams, Niecy Nash, D.L. Hughley, Jasmine Sanders, Tracee Ellis Ross, Tamia, Regina Hall, and Snoop Dogg.
